Social Adult Ballet Programmes. Book alone or with friends our Adult ballet Classes are our favourite to teach. Fully booked for 10 years in class & Course format. Enjoy the leisure session educating ballet in Classical Teaching. Age 18-70+ dance within our classes. Last term we hosted 70 wonderful ladies in our studio across multi level sessions.
New members welcome - Dance at your own pace & experience a classical Ballet session. Pre booking essential.

Popular Adult Ballet sessions are structured in Class & Course Format through the year.

The School has been running Adult Ballet for 10 years & we ensure that we teach the sessions to adults as pure classical courses which train adults in correct ballet discipline.

Courses in Absolute beginner Ballet & Advanced Ballet.

Participants on the course are educated on core technique, yoga stretches, Posture, skeletal alignment & limbering to whatever your facility & ability.
Sessions are taken at the barre to improve technique & members work on set exercises at their own pace. Centre work & travel. No Age Limit as we teach age 18- 70+ Studio sessions are taught within a relaxed environment & encouragement to have a freedom within class.

It is important to remember that each student will develop at their own pace. Improve balance, muscle-tone, exercise, socialize &
learn a new skill. Great fun sessions! Absolute Beginner level+

Further Adult Ballet
Adult Ballet is taken in Course format enquire when the next block of courses will be via email.
Optional Adult Ballet exams for those wishing to further advance working with the Ballet School's principal.

Adult Ballet Performance opportunities for those who would like to venture to the stage - Everything is optional & another opportunity for those members who would like to join our main company on stage & perform to our 800+ audience.
